Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam,
Alhamdulillah! We are blessed by Allah (SWT) to have Selden Masjid, which is used by thousands of Muslims who live or work in and around the town of Selden. In addition to five times daily prayers, our Masjid offers various programs and services {Baber, Please insert the link to the “Programs & Services”} to bring the Muslim community together. In this day and age, a full service Masjid and Muslim community Center is not just desirable but a necessity.
Collectively it is our responsibility, as Muslim Americans living in Suffolk County, to do whatever we can to support and participate in various activities & programs at Selden Masjid so our children can grow with a sense of community and belonging.
{Quran 3:110} “YOU ARE indeed the best community that has ever been brought forth for [the good of] mankind: you enjoin the doing of what is right and forbid the doing of what is wrong, and you believe in God”.
I would like to encourage every one of you to become a volunteer and help in maintaining and improving current programs and services.
Please donate as generously as possible, as your donations and financial contributions are the only source funds to meet our financial obligations and maintain the programs and services offered at the Selden Masjid. May Allah (SWT) reward you and your family for supporting our Masjid, A’meen!
